My mind was spinning all day yesterday. The topic camera security sentinel home kept popping up no matter what I got involved in. Did you ever have one of those days? I woke up this morning and it was still there. I don’t know that much about the topic. Finally, I get up and call the ER and ask if this is something I should worry about. Long story, short – my heart was having PVCs (pre-ventricular contractions) which aren’t serious unless they occur so frequently that you’re short of breath or light headed. The doctor tells me that PVCs can be caused by stress (who me, stressed?), lack of sleep, too much caffeine or just come on out of the blue for no reason. They send me home and tell me to take it easy. Oh joy - what a day.
